Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I'm a beginning Ice Climber and just spent 2 days on waterfall ice learning the skilz.These were my goto gloves for the ascent. They seemed to function just fine, grip was excellent dry or wet, but my hands sweat a little bit in them and didn't breath like I thought they would. It was around 18-30degF in Ouray, CO at the time. I really like the gauntlet and the "pull-tabs" built into the wrist made donning the gloves very quick for under cuff wear. The velcro wrist closure was adequate as well.
