Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

This is a great tent. It is freestanding and quick and easy to set up. I am 6' 2" and 190 lbs and this tent was nice and roomy. There was plenty of head and foot room and I could sit up without the top of my head hitting the ceiling of the tent. The rainfly kept the inside of the tent nice and warm and kept the rain and snow out. I used it this fall and it held up well to rain, freezing rain, and snow and kept me dry and warm. Condensation does form on the rain fly, but there is enough space between the fly and the tent that it is not a problem.
