I use this tent as my personal tent when I go on 2 or 3 week trips. I like the extra space a two person tent affords. For the weight, ease of set up and the volume I found the Archer 2 to be an ideal tent. My only gripe is that during storms I like to cinch the fly down to almost the ground and this put quite a bit of tension on the seams. Other tents have larger flys that make this easier but it is easy to place things over this gap on the exposed sides so it doesn't really matter. Yeah I am a big proponent fort the Archer 2 and would gladly recommend it.
