Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. This is the best harness I've found yet if you're into doing high-volume, self-belay top-rope lap training on routes. It is super-comfy, and has two belay loops for having two separate connection points to the rope. Great piece of equipment, a little cumbersome to put on (compared to my Petzl Corax), but does an awesome job once you're suited up. I do wish the belay loops were a little more bomb-proof. They seem a little on the flimsy side. Oh well.
