Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. These cams are pretty darn good, and I place them almost as much as my Black Diamond C4's. These cams are lighter and work better in horizontal placements than Camalots, however the larger sizes are less stable than Camalots and have smaller range per cam. That said, I really like the smaller Metolius cams (0-4) and use them all the time.

Great pieces that fit into unique placements with bomber reliability. The smaller sizes 1-4 are my favorite since they are stable and fit nicely in between the black diamond C4 sizes.
