Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. This is a wonderful product especially if you need a little help loading their car. I am not that tall and the extra help was well worth the money. The Malone Telos load assist does exactly what it says it does - assists. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great product to use in conjuction with Malone's Autoloader XV. As I have aged I have found it more difficult to roof-rack my +55 pound sea kayaks. This product will do it!
Tips: Take your time! Fold in your side view mirror(s)! As lower or raise your kayak by alternating between one Telos rail and then the other be sure to hold the bottom of the rail against the car with your hip. Otherwise the rail will sometimes pull away from the suction cup. Once you try it you will see what I mean ;-)
It is very hard to beat Malone's customer service if you have a issue with one of their products.
