Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Scupper carts are the most convenient way to ferry my family's boats from the trailer to the water. The adjustable crossbar lets it fit each boat's scupper holes, and it breaks down so I can throw it in a hatch while paddling or for storing on the way home. My back is much happier now.

the wheels smell so bad that they stunk up my car, garage and anything else that they came near. I put them in plastic bags and they still stink

Got the cart today...the smell is horrendous, but it's going to live outside...maybe with time and use, it'll stop stinking to high heaven!!!
