Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

My husband and I travel between Maine and Florida and want to take our boats with us. The Malone Trailer is just perfect! It holds our Cayuga and Tsunami safely in the V shaped cradles and with the addition of a cover for the cockpit to keep out rain and dirt we never have to worry. And the best part is that we no longer have to lift the boats above our head!

My Malone’s Micro Sport 2-Boat Trailer Package was a great investment. It makes transporting our boats as simple as saying “One”, “Two”, and “Three”. Oh, and that’s about as fast as they load, too! Good looking trailer, easy to put together, and simple to use! Well worth the money! Should have bought this years ago!

My husband and I love to kayak, but loading and unloading our boats from the top of our SUV was getting more difficult each year!
