Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Nothing too fancy but does the trick. Really liked the included block to set between my boards but I lost it pretty quickly. Bought some foam from the hardware store that works in a pinch. Overall, I'd recommend this carrier. Much better that just strapping the boards to the bars or roof.
