Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

This tent rocks. It has negative weight. It compresses to a tiny, tiny little ball. In the picture I am waking up to chilly Grayson Highlands. The mesh is a huge plus for summer camping - the whole thing is practically mesh. This tent is so well thought out it's not even funny.
