Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

I love this SOT! It's got plenty of room for my kids and our dog. It paddles fairly fast... it is a SOT after all, and goes very straight. But my favorite part is the wheel! I don't know why every company hasn't added something as clever as this thing. Not sure how long it will last but it looks like the kind that you can get at the hardware store.

Just paddled my new Deuce Coupe and love it! The Deuce Coupe is like having two boats for the price of one! First, this boat can paddle everything very well. It's a very stable boat suitable for beginners on lakes and bays. It has a skeg that can be controlled easyily. The skeg increases tracking on the flats. But raise the skeg and you have a boat that turns a lot easier...key to when you take it on rivers with eddies. After paddling the coupe on the lake and the River, I sold my Pelican. The Deuce Coupe just paddles better on both flat and moving water. It's so stable I could stand up in flat water! For the money I think you get two boats - one for rivers, because it turns, can ferry, goes through waves pretty good. With the skeg down, it goes straight easily with little effort. There just isn't a boat to compare to the Deuce Coupe.
