Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Sizing for La Sportiva Women's Boulder X Approach Shoes:
I guide with a heavy pack so needed a stiff soled approach shoe. I bought this instead of the FiveTen Camp Four because it was about $60 cheaper. I think it's a great trade off for that price! If I bought these again I'd size down a half size. I read that they were true to size. They were at first but stretched a little bit. They're still super super comfy and good to my feet. They're holding up well. Oh, and they look great.

The best attribute of these shoes is that they are incredibly sticky. They are plenty comfy for long approaches and could probably work for low grade climbs in a pinch. I do find it a little tough to lace them just right, but when I do, they fit perfectly.
