Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

The new Ronin Pro is a low-profile vest that provides a comfortable, secure fit, full spinal and side protection, reflective accents and an integrated stretch mesh sleeve for a cowtail or small tow tether. This innovative vest performs as well on the play wave as it does in the surf zone, making it a great choice for whitewater or ocean kayakers. It is constructed of GAI PVC-free foam with a durable Cordura exterior and a smooth oxford nylon interior. The reinforced adjustable shoulders with thermo-molded padding, side adjustments, and a size entry zipper ensure an excellent fit.
I have been using a Canadian-version Ronin Pro for several months now and I really think it's a well-thought out rescue PFD. It wraps securely around my stomach and chest with minimal ride-up. I really like the additional padding on the sides to protect the ribs from cockpit rims and other boats. The adjustability is great, and the shoulder padding is very comfortable. My only complaint is the Ronin felt a bit stiff at first, but it loosened up nicely after my first couple trips in it, and is quickly becoming as comfortable as my old RetroFit, only with a much better overall fit. Overall, I'm very happy with my new PFD. Can't wait for the US version!
