Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Kokatat Portage Neoprene Kayak Shoes come in whole, unisex sizes. We recommend people with half-sized feet order the next full size up. For women order one size smaller. However if your feet run wide, consider choosing your usual shoe size.
I like these water shoes a lot and for two simple reasons; One: They fit my feet well and are adjustable. Two: They have great souls which gives me confidance to walk around wet rocks carrying heavy and awkward equipment. You can easily throw them in the washer on cold just don't dry them in the dryer. Wet shoes are not the sexyiest of equipment but it is nice to see some color in them finally. They have the right mix of comfort and stability in the soul and I do reccommend you give them a try.
