Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Got the pleasure to demo this tent and over-all fairly pleased with it. It fits four if they're really cozy. We had 2 adults and an 8 month St. Bernard and we were comfortable. The Salida handled wind and rain and no condensation inside. We were really pleased with the ease of setting up and packing.
