Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

We thoroughly enjoy our Hula House. It has all the space our family needs to sleep well and soundly and store our important sundries and teddy bears. It is very simple to set up often Karen (my wife) does it herself while we boys do important things like gathering fire wood or scouting! The height is almost enough for an adult to stand up in but you can easily change your clothes standing up. I personally really like the hula hoop feature. Besides just being neet it really holds out the top of the tent and creates real space. I highly recommend this tent for familys and car campers. Its not that heavy packed either...
