Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

OK, bought my MSR Model G, white gas only back in '82. Never any issues and a real flame thrower for melting snow. Time to try some new tech so I made the leap! Incredibly fuel efficient, relatively quiet compared to the MSR and substantially lighter as an overall package. One large cartridge, smaller of the two aluminum pots, stove and windscreen come in at 38.5oz. MSR w/ SS pot, heat exchanger, stove, windscreen and filled medium fuel bottle come in at 59oz. That's right, 1.25lbs! And it melts snow as fast as the MSR! Oh yeah, the pot/stove interface prevents the pot from sliding off. Guess you can say I'm a convert!
