Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Going on a long trip with at least one other person then this stove is for you. Going camping for the weekend with the whole family then this stove is for you too. The Helios is one amazing water boiler. Two cups of water from icy cold to boiling in less than 90 seconds. Incredible! Been using my Helios for about six months now and I still love it as much as I did when I first got it. Actually, that's a lie. I like it MORE.
