Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

When it comes to kayak and canoe carriers, there aren’t a lot of options out there, especially when it comes to locking canoe carriers. Most options for a canoe are a set of L brackets and some kind of cable lock thing. Inno has developed an impressive product in the boat locker. Tightening the boat down with the ratcheting straps works great, and the boat feels totally secure. It’s nice that it fits factory bars as well. I use it for carrying both a canoe and kayak (at separate times) and it works great on both kinds of boats.

I’ve used this roof rack for my stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and an eleven foot surf board. I just got back from a long trip.....and this rack held my paddle board like a rock! Not a wiggle or a waggle...AND it locks! It is so easy to use that I now paddle a lot more because it just takes minute to get the paddleboard atop my car, and I can even make some stops along the way without worries. Easy to use......It is just great!
