Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

This is both a convenient and fun little boat for my wife, young daughter & I to enjoy. We have never taken it on whitewater - we use it in the summer on local lakes where we go for day trips. It tracks well and is very stable. There is lots of room for our safety gear and snacks and such. While we under utilize this boats potential I can recommend it as an easy to use dayboat for the small family.

While there are more specialized boats out there my wife and I like fishing with this boat on slow lazy rivers. There is plenty of room for all our gear yet the boat is quite responsive and tracks well. We take our 40 pound dog with us often. We live in the city so space is a premium and it is nice to be able to deflate the boat and store it in its handy backpack.
