Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I love these shoes. They are super grippy and very comfy. They seem quite sturdy. I expect them to last for a while, though the super sticky soles may wear a little more quickly than I want. I love the lacing to the toe. It makes the fit perfect! They look cool and feel great on my feet. I feel I can walk up walls with the super sticky soles!

For the record, this shoe is good for people with wide feet! I was worried because I have a wide foot, (almost 3 E), but it feels good. Only weird thing is, the shoe does fit snug on the top of the foot, which, I'm thinking will loosen up over time. True to other reviews, these shoes grip really well on rock, gravel, but are a little slippery on say, a smooth surface. I'm interested to see how they perform on Utah slickrock. Overall, a great shoe!
