Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

When Sherpak says Elite, they mean it! The Elite car top storage carrier is created with a tough abrasion-resistant body and welded seams. A self-repairing zipper seals your gear safely in the bag while dual independent lateral compression straps eliminate wind flap and allow the contents to sit tight inside, regardless of the load size or height. Heavy-duty Delrin buckles and four utility D-ring lashing points hold the Elite firmly in place, truly putting it in a class by itself. I love the Elite car-topper! It so easy to install, I so only put it up there when I need it. It has a ton of room, too! It does whistle a bit but not enough to be bothersome. Overall, very please with this product.

I purchased the Sherpak for a trip from Maryland to New Mexico. It was a four day drive of around 8-9 hours per day. I was able to put a lot more than I thought would fit in the carrier. We used space bags for some of our clothes and bedding, duffel bags for our luggage, and I had two large Rubbermaid totes for some items I didn't want to throw away but the movers wouldn't take (aerosols, glues,paints etc). It took a bit of experimenting with packing configuration to get the best fit, and-as I told my wife would happen-by the morning of the last day, we finally figured out how to pack it so it had the lowest profile and best fit. The straps that came with the Sherpak were very strong but a little difficult to adjust. I would say the only hassle with the carrier is that it is necessary to unpack it every night because it could easily be cut open with a knife and all your stuff stolen. When we unpacked the carrier we simply placed all of our non-essential items in the car and took our luggage inside. It only took about 5 minute in the evenings and 10-15 in the mornings. Not bad at all. During our whole trip, we never encountered anything more than a light sprinkling of rain so I can't attest to how well it protected the items inside from moisture. However, I noticed that depending on how we packed the Sherpak, the top cover would sometimes cover more of the sides than at other times. If I had one suggestion for the manufacturer, I would suggest that they put straps/buckles from the top of the cover to the bottom of the lower half of the carrier in order to keep the sides in tight. Overall I feel this is a great product (more expensive but far better than any others I looked ). The material is very tough and seems like it will last many years of occasional use.
