Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

We use this in the (tiny) cabin of our boat instead of a traditional chemical toilet. Much more pleasant to "clean up". Each bag lasts a day-multiple uses. The potty used comes with this folds up-saving valued space when we come into the pier & wish to store other stuff in the cabin. Would be very convenient to keep in the trunk of your car also.
