Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

The Chaco Z/2 sandals comes in whole, men-specific sizes. We recommend people with half-sized feet order the next size up.
Best sandals you can buy! Period. I use them for everything… from hiking, bicycle commuting, kayaking, going out, the list goes on...I have no issues at all with these. If you get them dirty, just throw 'em in the wash and they're as good as new. Also you can send them back to Chaco and they can put new/different straps on them, adjust the strap length, or even put a new sole on the bottom. They will last you a lifetime!

I've had my Z/2 size 11s for about a month now, and I've gotten used to them. I've had many different brands and styles of saddles and I've found these to be the most comfortable and durable. The guys at Chaco have really got this thing figured out. Thank you

I hope this does not sound too corny but I can't say enough about how much I love these sandals. I have been wearing the same Z2s for 5 years just about every day. I used to have all kinds of foot problems. I went to a doctor and got some inserts for my shoes which did not help much. Then my brother in-law told me I should try these. They did take some getting used to, but they somehow strengthened my ankles and now I can wear any shoes with no problems. I also twist my ankles much less. I have done everything in them. They are great for anything that is in and out of water. I long board and play disc golf all the time in them because of the toe loop stability. Everyone comments about the distinct tan lines. The best thing is no matter what you are doing, you can just hose them off when you are done. I have tried all kinds of other sandals and they just fell apart 2 to 6 months later. Also, I guess it is the type of materials Chaco uses, but my Z2s don’t smell bad like other brands do. I just sent by beloved first pair into ReChaco for repair and I can't wait to get them back. I just bought my wife her first pair and she is loving them as well.
