Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I use this camelbak for a 2000 mile bike tour through the desert and I love it. Lots of pocket space to hold any small items I may need during the day instead of digging into my panniers. I use it as a more convenient purse than the traditional kind because its hands-free and fits wonderfully on my back. Holds the perfect amount if Water for me and doesn't give the water a plastics taste. Plus it is simply beautiful looking. The detachable waist straps is a wonderful idea. I have detached the straps to strap something extra to my rack. My only issue is that the valve is always falling into the dirt or on the ground when I take it off and it leaks sometimes.

Such a versatile hydration pack. It has plenty of room, I was even able to fit a change of clothes by using the straps for a bike ride. Very comfortable and I can't get over how much space there is. There is a nice pocket for an iPod of mp3 player too. Only issue has been the valve leaking every once and a while, otherwise a great hydration pack that I intend on using for a long time to come.

What a great product. Very comfortable with secure straps. Water flow isn't really fast, but still great. Not a whole lot of space for storage, but just enough for a couple granola bars, a camera, and keys. Perfect for a day hike or bike ride.
