Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

This turned out to be a great purchase. My first Camelbak that offers everything that I've been looking for in a day-long pack. Enough room/capacity for a day's worth of hiking items and snacks. Water capacity is exceptional and the quality of product shows through and through- wouldn't hesitate to buy another one of these.

I bought this for my fiance' to use as a day hike and overall outdoor recreation backpack. I have a camelback hawg that's 6 years old and I've used it hard. I've crashed on it, thrown it down 50+ foot cliffs and not a single thing has broken off, or a single stitch broken off. I expect the same from this pack, because it seems to be built just as well as mine. It has plenty of pouches, and has a nice place to put a jacket on the outside. So far, she and I are very pleased. Great hydration pack!!
