Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

larger than a normal hydration pack, but that's what we needed. This has plenty of storage, holds 3 liters of water, and very comfortable fully loaded and filled. Adjusts for a great fit. Even though it's larger, my 11 y/o doesn't have any trouble using this product. When she gets older, I will buy her the same pack.

I spent a couple hours trying on numerous hydration packs and picked this one because of its comfort and size. I have only used it once on an eight mile, moderate, hike and absolutely loved it! The water flow was easy, lots of room for all my "stuff", and I hardly knew I was carrying it at all. Yes, my back got sweaty but I always have regardless of the daypack I was carrying. Everyone else in my group did too even though we all had different day packs.
