Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

This bottle is great, but the carrier makes it doubly so! It's great for walking or hiking, especially if I'm wearing something that has no pockets; I can put my keys/cellphone in the zipper pouch!

I was initially a little hesitant about running with something in my hands (especially on long runs, as I am training for a marathon), but I was pleasantly surprised. The bottle is easy to use while running and because it is insulated, you get a nice COLD drink while running. (I fill mine with ice and water and they tend to stay cold for about 2 hours when I'm running outside). The bottle does not have a straw and you can easily squirt it into your mouth while you run... perfect for keeping a fast running pace for me. The jacket around the bottle makes it easy to hold as it has a strap that goes outside your hand... I haven't had one issue holding onto it while running. My only complaint is that the key holder in the front is not big enough to fit my car key, although it fits a house key just fine. It also nicely fits 2GuGel packets inside without a problem. I own 2 now, and use them both in my training and love them!! (I've also tucked them in my bag for work if I have a long meeting, as they stay cold even longer when you're not training with them outside). Highly recommend this product!!
