Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Great bag with tons of room and the water bladder has plenty of water. Took this puppy on a 20 mile hiking/camping trip and surprisingly didn't have to refill it once. I had one or two other water bottles with me so i made sure only to drink out of this when i was actively hiking and it made the entire trip. Very pleased with this item and would definitely purchase it again

The Lobo is just the right size for a half-day ride. enough water to get you thru the trails and not too much to be too heavy to carry around. the compartments are just enough for a bike tool, extra tube and bike levers with extra space to spare for your wallet.
