Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. This pack is perfect for running longer distances. Down here in the west Texas desert water is sparse! I had been using an old waist belt pack and could not stand the bounce when carrying too much water. Nor did I enjoy the feeling of being cut in half to stabilize the load.This pack loads evenly, cinches down tightly above the waist, and above the chest. I barely notice I have it on. No bounce. I love the side pockets at the waist. No more loosening and sliding, or removing a pack entirely to get at my music, sunblock, gels, or other essentials. It can hold a layer of clothes, and snacks too. You could probably fit even more water in another bladder on top of the first, if you had to.
It is so light, when only half full, I will also use it for shorter distances. No more hand held bottles. And it looks really cool. Well worth the price.

Excellent purchase. I have a katadyn water filtration system the works with the camelback quick disconnect so I never have to take the bladder out except for cleaning. The bag has a few Pockets for wallet, cell phone, keys etc. Couldn't carry more than that but this bag is for day hikes, trail running, bicycling ect. Very happy with purchase.

I bought the Octane XCT 100 to compliment my running routine. I was running with the H.A.W.G on my back and it was a bit too bulky. This one however, fits great, holds 100oz of water which if perfect for a long hike or run and the side pockets provide easy access to keys, phone, energy bar or whatever else you want to carry. The back middle has a place where I put my iPod so I have music while I run. Over all excellent product as is to be expected from Camelbak
