Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Great Sup Camelbak! I had been using my bike pack (a Lobo, FYI) but the balance was not good for Sup'ing and it was just too much water. This Baja is perfect. You can tell that it was designed by somebody that Sups. The pockets are good sized and will hold my Optio camera. And the paddle holder is awesome!
