Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Shipped via motor freight (18-wheeler), delivered to your house or business address in the continental US. Expedited shipping is not available. (Note: all kayaks subject to an oversized wrapping charge).
