Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Headlamps have almost made flashlights obsolete. My tween kids take these camping with scouts. Never a problem and auto turn off pays for itself in saved batteries. Now if they just don't lose them!
