Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I had previously owned a Kong rope bag that did the job carrying my ropes and some equipment but looked ugly. I got this one just based on how it looked and wasn't disappointed, looks good and highly functional and easily stow-able on top of your backpack or just sling it on a shoulder and you're done. Good build and nice material.

This bag is more of a portable tarp than anything else. It is made of durable material and is easy to use. The tarp is easily large enough. Best for local sport climbing with very little approach, the single shoulder strap can be uncomfortable on long walks. I just wish it had another compartment or at least a small zipper pocket for your keys and phone.

Good product. It's very easy to setup. Unzip it, extend it over the floor and place it under where the rope its supposed to fall. Zip it again and you have your bag again protecting your rope while easy to carry. Very happy with mine.
