Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Purchased this for mountaineering, winter camping, and cold weather backpacking. Had it out twice for cold-weather backpacking, and very pleased so far. My wife and I find that the tiny bit of extra weight is worth the extra room of the 3 person squall 3, particularly once you start using bigger sleeping bags, thicker sleeping mats, etc. Interior very bright and roomy, and little or no condensation so far. Held up in high winds nicely; don't know about snow yet (but assume it will be fine). Suspect it would be a bit too warm for summer use....
Mild gripes: Front door zipper is hard to zip up, and actual vents in fly would provide better ventilation.
