Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

I am extremely impressed with the high quality of craftsmanship of this tent. I have successfully used this tent in a variety of settings and seasons, including a mild winter overnight. The advertised 3-person configuration is a little tight, but it does sleep three. I continue to be impressed with how easy the Oasis is to set up.
The stakes are very solid and once in the ground hold very well. My only remaining concern is that the stakes were hard for me to pull out is rocky ground. This is one awesome three-season tent!
