Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Recently took this tent on a 30 mile backpack from Tuolumne Meadows to Yosemite Valley. It is easy to put up and well built. It's greatest advantage is it's lightweight at 2.2 pounds. Also like the clip design for attaching the fly to the tent and groundcloth. Yes it is expensive but where pounds count it comes through with flying colors. Only drawback is the internal stash hammock does not come with it and is a special order. Planning to take it on the John Muir Trail next month.

This tent comes in at just over 2 lbs , making the Fly Creek 2 an ultralight dream tent. The tent pitches fast, and hods up in fairly strong gusts on Maine coast islands(I kayak camp). I just finished my second season with this tent and it still feels and looks new. It's light and tough!
