Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

We use UPS for shipping accessories & paddles, and Reddaway for shipping boats. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel.

A two-person kayak, the Strike 2 has drain holes throughout the floor and bow and stern end covers to prevent water from pooling, very cool. All of the inflatable tubes are covered and you can get to them by unzipping the panels. Two seats, which attach to the floor clips, are included, nice touch! There are numerous strap loops for securing gear. It’s a well-designed boat. The Strike 2 is a sturdy inflatable that has a solid and stable feeling while paddling. Not too long, not too short, and with a touch of rocker, the Strike 2 is easy to maneuver with sweep strokes. I highly recommend this two-person IK!
