Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

We use UPS for shipping accessories & paddles, and Reddaway for shipping boats. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel.

My son is finally old enough to get out of our tandem kayak and into his own boat. We wanted to get him a good paddle that wouldn’t break the bank. We also wanted to get something that would last awhile, since he just keeps outgrowing his paddling clothes. The Grasshopper was the perfect paddle for the job! The price was right, a great value for the money. It’s the perfect length and it’s a comfortable and easy paddle for my son to use. The blade is the right shape and size to give him some power without wearing him out. It’s also durable enough to handle the abuse a 7 year old can dish out. Now, if I can just keep him from jousting with it!
