Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

My Husband and I took this kit with us to Argentina. Before we left we talked with a "Travel Doctor" (Yes there is such a thing) On her recommendation (and prescription) we added antibiotics to the kit for food poisoning. We are glad we did as my husband got it badly. Also we added two huge bottles of SPF 50+ sunblock. As it turned out that was available but we didn't know. We also added a large bottle of advil which we put in a zip lock bag. That's what we prefer for an anti inflammatory. We also added a large pouch of dehydrated gatorade. Yes I recommend this product although if you think about it a little it has just enough of everything. Add more of what you think you need and be prepared.
