Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Advanced Elements Lagoon 2 Inflatable Kayak - You'll have a blast on the water with the Advanced Elements Lagoon 2 inflatable kayak! The rigid bow and stern reinforcements slice gracefully through water offering a performance experience. The outside cover of the Lagoon 2 inflatable kayak is made with two different materials; the topside is a high denier polyester with a PVC laminate, while the bottom (hull) is made with a PVC tarpaulin. "PVC tarpaulin" is made by combining two sheets of PVC with a fabric mesh in the middle. In addition the inner tube is covered with a high density fabric to increase performance and durability. Its bow and stern have fixed rigid forms that help cut through the waves and keep you on course. The Lagoon has an inner tube cover for increased rigidity and durability. It has molded rubber-grip handles, bungee deck lacing, padded seat rests, mesh accessory pocket, tracking skeg and foam floor. Adjustable back supports improve comfort. This boat can be paddled solo from the forward seat. Easy-to-use Spring and Twistlok valves are compatible with most pumps and speed setup time. Sets up quickly and is compact enough to take along for an adventure just about anywhere.
We have owned 2 of these kayaks now. They have 2 separate inflation chambers, so if one ever fails, you're still afloat. It's so portable - no roof rack required, and weighs as much as a heavy suitcase. We paddle on the ocean for a half mile or so, and they are comfortable. The floor is inflatable, so your rear end doesn't get cold. For this price and convenience, this boat is great. The fabric has been pretty durable, and easy to clean because the floor and flotation chambers come out easily. Two thumbs up!
