Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Advanced Frame Inflatable Kayak - The Advanced Frame is a combination of the best of folding frame kayaks and inflatable kayaks. The Advanced Frame kayak's bow slices through water like a knife and tracks just as well as any hard shell kayak. Built-in aluminum ribs help define the bow and stern and improve maneuverability greatly. The stern also acts as a skeg, further increasing the kayak's tracking performance. The Advanced Frame IK uses 3 layers of extremely durable materials to resist the chance of puncture. The heavy-duty 30-gauge PVC main chamber is protected by a high density polyurethane-coated polyester inner cover and a tough PVC Tarpaulin with 1000 Denier Polyester outer layer. A double layer of material on the bow and stern, and welded-on landing plates increase protection when beaching the kayak. There is plenty of on-board storage room for extended trips in this kayak as well. The breathable foam mesh back support of the padded seat sets you up for all day paddling comfort. Another high quality kayak from Advanced Elements! This is my third AE kayak (I have the DragonFly & the StraitEdge2) and after a 1 hour paddle, this one will probably be my favorite. The workmanship and high quality materials are top notch. I'm a decent sized guy at 6'2"/215 lbs and it fits very well. This kayak will work great for someone up to 6'6" or so due to its large capacity and plenty of leg room. Tracking: very good. Stability: excellent. Speed: very good. Has a huge weight capacity of 300 lbs so you can load it up with camping gear. Advanced Elements has some of the best kayaks in the market...regardless of price, and excellent customer service who will answer your questions immediately.

I was able to take my new kayak for a try-out paddle yesterday, obviously not able to do anything other than flat water stuff, without the skirt and lifejacket. My partner and I are really impressed with the engineering and obvious thought and workmanship that has gone into the kayak. This is ideal for me, as I have a small sports car and so can't carry a hard shelled kayak on it. My first serious paddle with this boat will be with my friends on May 2nd!! I cant wait!!
