Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

I put my Waterstick Karma on the injured reserve list for use as a backup and replaced it with the AT4 w/ the river blade. The shaft on the AT4 is made by Baycomp, the same folks who made the Waterstick paddles...so the inherent bomber structural qualities are still there. This paddle is STRONG and stiff! It took me a bit of time to get used to the AT bent shaft after using the original Waterstick Probend setup for so long, but I did get used to the AT shaft and really enjoy it. The blades on the AT4 actually produce zero flutter where I used to experience a very small amount of flutter on both the Waterstick Karma and Zen. I've also noticed that the AT4 River blade seems to have more "bite" and produces more power per stroke when compared to the Waterstick. Sculling and feathering are super easy with the AT4 as the blades slice smoothly through the water and the bent shaft puts everything (hands/shaft/blades) into an effective ergonomic system. So far the blades of the AT4 seem to be holding up very well during the last few months of low water creeking...just waiting for winter rains to fill up the creeks :-) Overall I'm pretty fired up about the AT4. It seems like a very durable and super strong paddle that is perfect for creeking. I think it'll work very well!

I got a free harmony gradient with my boat and it was awful. I was lucky enough to try an AT4, and I decided to buy one. I have borrowed alot of paddles, and this is one of the best paddles I have ever used. I reccommend this paddle to any serious whitewater paddler.

I have had it about a year. Seems pretty much bomb proof to me. I like the way it feels in the water, except it is a little stiff, but the softer paddles break, you know.
