Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

For the last 5 years I have paddled nothing but AT paddles. Starting this fall I have had the chance to paddle their newest addition the Eddy and I can honestly say this is my new creeking paddle. The shaft is stout in the right ways and yet flexi enough to save my wrists and elbows. The blades are the perfect size for pulling a huge boof but they cut through the water effortlessly when using a draw. I took one of the bigger hits of my life right on the middle of the shaft and not a mark to boot. I would say all and all anyone who is looking for a tough and light paddle that won't beat the stuffing out of your joints this is my recommendation!
